Job Description/Skills Required
- 1 Carryout the HPLC & GC analysis of IN process, Raw materials, intermediates, finished products and stability samples as per the controlled method of Analysis.
- 2 Review of analytical data & reports related to HPLC & GC .
- 3 Responsible for maintainance of HPLC & GC Columns & Standards.
- 4 Follow GDP & DI policies.
- 5 Record all incidents, deviations, Observations in Lab Notification Form.
- 6 Ensure that all glassware is cleaned as per process.
- 7 Ensure that all Columns are distributed as per Procedure.
- 8 Ensure that all Working Standards are qualified before use.
- 9 Daily calibration of instruments as required.
- 10 Ensure all Instruments are within status of calibration and are qualified.
- 11 Ensure that all analysis is completed within stipulated time.
- 12 Ensure segregation of samples submitted.
- 13 Discard all Completed Samples as soon as test is completed.
- 14 Ensure that all Audit Trails are reviewed, and that all data is backed up as per Policy.
