Position Name – Research Associate II

The number of posts – 01

Research Area – Biochemistry/Microbiology/Biophysics

Duration – The position is purely temporary, and the candidate will not have any right to claim (explicit or implicit) any permanent post in the Institute.

Tenure of Fellowship – Six months from the date of joining. It can be extended depending on the performance of the candidate.

Fellowship – As per institute rule

Essential Qualifications – A candidate should have a first-class M. Sc. degree in biology/chemistry, with a minimum average of 55% marks both in B.Sc.(Hons.) and M.Sc. examinations, along with a good overall academic record and has obtained a PhD degree in biology/chemistry. Candidates have the experience in protein purification, blotting, and the application of different biological assays. The project will be done in the close collaboration of the school of biological Science (Prof. Prosenjit Sen and Deepak Sinha) and the School of Chemical Science (Prof. Prashant Chandra Singh)
