Position: Knowledge Management Consultant

Location: Hyderabad/Secunderabad, Telangana, India

Job Description:

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Interface with cross-functional stakeholders to identify, analyze business challenges and define the scope for business process improvements supported by KM and other digital interventions
• Program manage the implementation of the process improvements identified
• Train the cross-functional teams in adopting the processes implemented
• Ability to define and track the process improvement metrics
• Translate the business requirement into technical specifications by working with the product team and acting as a liaison between the teams
• Support in the development of knowledge tools and approaches; contribute to scoping & planning, designing, testing, and delivery
• Support in the overall content identification and harvesting strategy

Desired Candidate Profile

• Graduation + MBA; minimum 2 years of experience
• Experience in Consulting/ Knowledge Management/ Business Process Improvements (Consulting/Pharma/IT/Manufacturing)
• Ability to work with the cross-functional leadership team
• Ability to identify the operational challenges and to propose KM/Digital solutions in improving business processes
• Proficiency in MS Excel, MS PowerPoint
• Exposure to Bitrix24 or SharePoint technology, KM processes
• Handled and nurtured online communities
• Experience in Digital Communication

Qualification: MBA/PGDM

Experience: 2-7 Years

Salary: Negotiable
