Job Title: Formulation Scientist
Location: This job will be located at Novozymes Bengaluru Campus in India
Eligibility Criteria:
- M.Sc/M.Tech or Ph.D. in any branch of Chemical Sciences/Chemical Engineering with 8 or more years of experience in Household care/Home care-related FMCG company
- Extensive experience in formulation and process development of detergent powders, bars, and soaps from lab to pilot scale
- Develop and apply ingredient, formulation, and process understanding governing detergent systems
- Curious, self-driven, and a strong team player networking both within and outside the department
- Be inspired by developments both internally and externally and create a strong opportunity pipeline and IP
- Strong experimental skills, with a talent to apply scientific findings to solve practical problems
- Ability to independently lead technical projects and inspire and train junior colleagues in the team
- Excellent interpersonal, project management, written and verbal communication skills
Skills:
- It is a plus if you have experience with:
- Data tools related to planning, DOE, analysis, and visualization
- Lab/ Pilot scale spray drying
