ADL – Sr Executive

Job Description:

1. Job involves Production supervision in SHIFT working for API, Intermediate and Specialty Chemicals production.
2. Job requires coordination with labor, material issue, and knowledge of utilities.
3. Experience in Pharma API industry maintaining GMP conditions.
4. Safety of people and proper records maintenance of BMR etc.
5. Atleast 1-2 yrs of exp in Phama API Production.

Candidate Requirement:
Minimum Diploma in Chemical or Chemistry.

Warehouse Executive

Job Description:

1. Maintain and responsible for day to day warehouse operations.
2. Receiving of raw materials/solvents/packing materials.
3. Maintain the Inward register, stock ledger for all raw materials/packing materials.
4. Storage of raw materials as per their storage condition mentioned in MSDS.
5. Sending intimation slip for analysis to QC.
6. Dispensing of materials as per the request received from Mfg.
7. Maintaining all warehouse SOP related formats and records.
8. Preparation of dispatch/excise related documents, and other communications.
9. Handling of Returned goods and Rejected Materials as per procedure.

Candidate Requirement:

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in Pharma/API/Bulk Drug/Chemical Industry.
• Graduate in any field.
• Proficient in MS Office and Tally ERP.

Electrical / Mechanical Maintenance Engineer

Job Description:

1. Making scheduled checks on machinery and parts.
2. Finding and fixing faults and recalibrating instruments.
3. Oiling and cleaning machinery and parts.
4. Overhauling and replacing parts according to schedule.
5. Responding immediately to machinery breakdowns.
6. Organizing routine servicing schedules.
7. Allocating work to a team of fitters or may be require independently.
8. Checking and calibrating instruments to make sure they are accurate.
9. Fitting new parts.
10. Carrying out quality inspections.
11. Responding immediately to equipment breakdowns.
12. Fixing faults or arranging for replacements to be installed.
13. Organizing teams to make sure 24-hour cover is available.
14. Monitoring, setting and maintenance of the all the pharma equipments.

Candidate Requirement:

• Maintenance and electrical/mechanical experience and electrical qualifications.
• This is a hands on job requiring engineering skill levels to technician level or similar/higher.
• Knowledge of with electrical and mechanical maintenance procedures in manufacturing industry.
• Conversant with H&S rules,regulations and best practices.
• Knowledge of manual handling of pharma production machinery.
• Enthusiastic.
• Ability to work as part of a team.
