Position: Talent Acquisition Specialist

Location: Hyderabad/Secunderabad (Shamirpet), Telangana India

Job Description:

Job Purpose:

As an integral part of the TA Team, this position is responsible for end-to-end recruitment from sourcing till on-boarding while maintaining, the utmost quality, process & minimum turnaround time for manufacturing roles across divisions of Biological E. Ltd

Duties/Responsibilities:

• Source potential candidates from various online channels (e.g. social media and professional platforms)
• Craft recruiting emails to attract passive candidates
• Screen incoming resumes and application forms
• Interview candidates (via phone, video, and in-person)
• Support campus hiring tests
• Advertise job openings on the company’s careers page, social media, job boards, and internally
• Provide shortlists of qualified candidates to hiring managers
• Send job offer emails and answer queries about compensation and benefits
• Monitor key HR metrics, including time-to-fill, time-to-hire, and source of hire
• Participate in job fairs and host in-house recruitment events
• Collaborate with managers to identify priority hiring needs
• Support the new hires and help them onboard
• Experience in sourcing for Vaccine/Biologics specifically.

Qualification: MBA/PGDM IR/HR

Experience: 4-9 Years Preferred Industry – Pharma/Biotech

Salary: Negotiable
