Job description
QC
- Working in FP / Stability / RM / GLP Section
- Required knowledge of HPLC / GC / UV
- Calibration of QC instruments
QA
- Documents issuance
- Knowledge of Equipment Qualification
- Process validation
- Audit Compliance
Production
- To monitor shop floor production activities in Granulation, Compression, Coating, capsulation area
- Follow SOP & standard procedure for any activity.
- Job allocation of permanent & contract workmen.
- Training to workmen as per cGMP.
- To monitor shop floor production activities in Granulation, Compression, Coating, capsulation area
- Review and implement SOP & standard procedure for any activity.
- Review BMR
- Training to the production team as per cGMP.
- Handling QMS
Packing
- Supervision of packing activities and co-ordination with another department
- Line clearance for a new product or a new batch of the same product
- maintain day-to-day records.
IPQA
1. Responsible for line clearance for equipment/area
2. Responsible for in-process checks during manufacturing and packing.
3. Responsible for review of different logs of production, packing, store, eng.
4. Responsible for verification of material during dispensing.
5. Responsible for the review of BMR and BPR.
6. Res. for retrievals of documents.
7. Responsible for monitoring basic norms of cGMP.
