Position: Zonal Sales Manager – Derma

Location: Karnataka, Tamilnadu, Telangana, Andhra Pradesh, Kerala, India

Job Description:

  • Sales career reflecting extensive experience and consistent performance in driving new business through key accounts and establishing customer relationships and distributor relationships to increase revenue.
  • Aggressive sales tactics with strong exposure to working with prominent and high profile Dermatologist/Skincare Specialists/Skin Care clinics/ Laser centers etc
  • Acquired vast knowledge of both the marketplace and the capabilities & complexities of result-driven cosmetic products.
  • Have been successful in building and maintaining relationships with key decision-makers, establishing large volume & high-profit accounts as well as maintaining the top and bottom-line profitability.

  • Develop sales and marketing strategies to drive sales growth in the assigned area.
  • Develop and manage an efficient distribution network to improve sales performance.
  • Manage the sales team for sales growth and revenue enhancement
  • Provide innovative ideas and suggestions to improve the market presence.
  • Coordinate with Zonal Sales Manager to enhance sales performance.
  • Maintain relationships with existing customers for repeat business.
  • Build a sales culture and sales-centric atmosphere among the team members.
  • Provide timely feedback to the sales personnel regarding their sales performance.
  • Conduct business plan review meetings with the sales team
  • Providing direction and motivation to the field sales team for ensuring optimum performance for all operational & sales-related issues.

Qualification: Graduation

Experience: 6-11 Years

Salary: 9,00,000 – 18,00,000 INR CTC/PA
